Our stay was great! The house was
marvelous! We were in a good location where restaurants, and grocery stores
were plentiful, and the distance to the convention center wasn't bad either.
Would like to commend your cleaning lady who really did a great job cleaning the
BIG mess the people before us left for her, and still managed to let us in a
little early. You've got a great team! Was a pleasure doing business with you

Hello, We just got back home and got your email. Hated to leave the nice hot
weather. We had a great time in Florida. I filled out the questionnaire that was
left at the home with comments. The location was great. The home we were in
backed up to a nice park. Was close to the attractions. The pool was
wonderful!!!! I also wanted to thank you for being so helpful when I called you

The home we stayed in was fantastic. It was definitely more than I expected. I
have to admit, I was quite skeptical. There were no problems with the house. It
had pretty much everything we needed. The staff down there was very pleasant.
The whole deal was very top notch. If I ever travel to Orlando again, I will
definitely stay in one of your homes. So in closing, thanks to you for a

The home definitely met our expectations and in a couple of areas exceeded
them. We were pleasantly surprised by the openness of the home's layout and the
size of the rooms including the ensuite off the master bedroom. The fact that
the home backed onto the woods was particularly nice in that it provided extra
privacy for relaxing in or beside the pool. The only neighbor we could see was
on the side of the pool.
It was an excellent experience and we have already recommended it to some of our
friends and we would be repeat customers without hesitation.

really want you guys to know how much we really enjoyed our stay. The home was
incredible. The kids loved having space to get away from us and each other and
of course the pool was a big hit. It sure felt good to get in there and relax
after walking all day in the parks. As a matter of fact we are already talking
about the possibility of going back again next year and of course having our

good, very convenient and the house was lovely. When I spoke of our choice of
renting a house instead of a hotel to friends and family they we very

Hi! We just got back from a great vacation in Kissimmee Fl. at one of your
wonderful homes. We didn't expect something so nice but we were surely praying
that it would be. Our kids thought the private pool was the greatest. To be able
to come back to the house and get in the pool as late as you like was just
great. Since the homes were advertised to be able to hold 6 to 8 people, we
invited my nephew so he could sleep on the sofa bed. But once we got there,
there was no sofa bed. We just went back to the office and told them that we
thought we would have a sofa bed. They just said O.K. and within minutes had us
another key to a much bigger house!!!!! It was great. I couldn't wait to get
home to tell my relatives about it. And once we got home, I told others. We just
wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time there. We love the fact that we
were so close to all of the attractions. My husband and I have been together for
10 years and have been to Florida every year. Be assured we will be back. Thank

Thanks for your request regarding our stay in Rolling Hills, Kissimmee. We were
most satisfied with the house and arrangements. We arrived a little late at
evening, but it worked out fine with keys, road description and so. Being 12
persons/two families we all enjoyed the facilities, heated pool and everything.
We have traveled together a lot, this was the most impressive so far. We sure

would be. We came in at 1:00 a on Saturday morning, so we really enjoyed the

I just had to write and express our appreciation for all you and your staff did
to accommodate my family, during our vacation to your city last June. When we
arrived (after hours) to your office, you took the time to welcome us and
explain the tricks of getting around the construction traffic, to the various
parks in the area. You also took the bold step of saying you were not going to
stop trying, until by mother-in-law cracked a smile (no easy task, believe me).
Well, by the end of our stay in your vacation home, we all were smiling. The
kids really enjoyed the pool in the backyard, my wife and I appreciated the
kitchen, which lowered our eating-out costs, and the in-laws took advantage of
the well appointed master bedroom, just off the pool. Already we have given your
web address and a few business cards to associates in and around Topeka, Kansas,
and truly believe you will have future guests from our glowing recommendation.
We are already talking of our next trip to Florida, and without a doubt will do
business with you again. It may be a few years, but that's part of a great
vacation, the expectation and anticipation. And with your homes, our minds are
